Shipping policy

**Where We Ship**

  Hi Peach Layne currently ships within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.                                                 

                                                                                                  

**Processing Time**                                                                                 

Orders placed on hipeachlayne.com are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.                                                                               

                                                                 

Orders placed Friday after 12 PM CT through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.                                   

                                                                                                      

**Free Shipping**                                                                                   

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more, automatically applied at checkout.

                                                                                                      

**Order Tracking**                                                                                  

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via the link in your confirmation email.                  

                                                                                                      

**Lost or Stolen Packages**                                    

 Hi Peach Layne is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Ifyour tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before contacting us. If the issue persists, email hello@hipeachlayne.com and we will do our best to assist.                                

                                                                                                      

 **Incorrect Address**                                                                               

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once an order has been processed.
