At Hi Peach Layne, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
**Purchases Made at Retail Partners**
If you purchased a Hi Peach Layne product at Walmart, Amazon, Five Below, or any other retail partner, please follow that retailer's return policy directly. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made outside of hipeachlayne.com.

Unopened / Unused Items
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at hello@hipeachlayne.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Opened / Used Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used bath, body, or personal care products unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email hello@hipeachlayne.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
