RACHAEL OBERSTE

Rachael’s career started as a mass market beauty buyer in the Health and Beauty and Cosmetics industries. Her passion for retail analysis and consumer behavior was the foundation that led to her success in growing retailer sales and profits of over a $1 billion product portfolio. After relocating back to her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, Rachael served as the Vice President of national sales, where she manipulated the brand’s market position with product development and innovation to bring retailers a broader product offering. This strategy was an overwhelming success. She orchestrated a remarkable transformation in this role that saw the company’s sales skyrocket. Rachael’s enthusiasm, passion for retail, and “customer first” perspective has now led to the beginnings of success in her newest venture, Hi Peach Layne.

SARAH REID MASSIMO

Meet Sarah, a trendsetter and creative force with over 15 years in the luxury and mass market retail space. Co-founder of Frieda&Nellie, a NYC-based jewelry sensation, Sarah and her partner made it a global hit, landing on the shelves of thousands of chic boutiques and retailers around the world.

After that success, Sarah started a new venture when she started a design consulting firm for mass-market brands looking for expertise in white space identification, product development, design, and sales strategy. Fate brought Sarah and Rachael together, and their collaboration made magic, bringing the market a fresh wave of innovation and strategy.

Sarah’s broad industry experience spans brand creation, design, and sales—from upscale spots like Bergdorf Goodman and online platforms like ShopBop to major retail players such as Target, Walgreens, TJ Maxx, 5Below, and Walmart. Her designs aren’t just impactful; they’re a testament to her knack for connecting with all audiences. And the big news: Hi Peach Layne, the latest venture from Sarah and her bestie Rachael, is hitting the shelves at Walmart nationwide in March, after a very successful Holiday in Walmarts nationwide. It’s not just a brand; it’s a nod to contemporary style that effortlessly blends fun, luxury, and accessibility for every shopper.

MICHAEL WONG

Michael has been working hard in the seasonal and craft space as VP of operations and finance, where he was able to manage over 30 US national retailers while streamlining supply chain operations and strategic business planning to ensure optimal financial health and growth for the business. With a 99% on-time shipping performance, product innovation, and great licensing partners, Nature’s Mark has experienced substantial growth, increasing its revenue from $50 million in 2018 to an impressive $100+ million in 2023. Even through COVID-19, Nature’s Mark has been able to demonstrate exceptional resilience and commitment. With all of Michael’s experience and knowledge, he was a great addition to the team when he joined Rachael and Sarah in Hi Peach Layne. Together, we can leverage our collective expertise to foster innovation, implement best practices, and pave the way for achieving remarkable milestones.

Meet Victoria, an essential member of our Hi Peach Layne family, spearheading our social media engagement and brand development. Juggling her time as a full-time nanny and bringing her diverse background in sales and buying, Victoria adds a unique touch to our team dynamics.

Victoria discovered her passion for creating compelling content that narrates the story of Hi Peach Layne, inviting everyone into the world of clean and cruelty-free bath products.

In her role within our social media and marketing team, Victoria is the creative force shaping the visual narrative of Hi Peach Layne. From content creating to contributing ideas for new products, she plays a pivotal role in bringing our vision to life.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Victoria finds joy in family moments, hosting game nights with friends, and delving into her favorite romance or thriller books. Her love for children, evident in her rewarding role as a nanny, adds a compassionate touch to our brand. Becca, Hi Peach Layne’s Executive Director of Marketing and Strategic Development, brings a dynamic background to the team, stemming from her diverse experiences in sporting goods, sports recruiting software, corporate marketing, media management, and real estate. Her multifaceted skill set and competitive appraoch to life makes Becca an invaluable asset, driving innovative marketing strategies and contributing to the overall success of the company. Becca implements data-driven strategies and optimizes the brand’s presence across various channels. Her media management skills ensure a cohesive and compelling narrative, enhancing the brand’s image. Although Becca might be wearing graphic Tshirts frequently, she understands market trends like no one else. Through a holistic approach, Becca not only grows the company’s marketing initiatives but also meticulously manages the brand’s image, creating a lasting and positive impression on the public.

MARY CLAIRE PAYNE

Currently serving as a Brand Development and Social Media Coordinator, Mary Claire excels in her role through a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on creativity. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, she has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the identity of Hi Peach Layne. In 2023, she graduated with a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Product Development (AMPD) and Marketing from the University of Arkansas, setting the stage for a career marked by creativity, innovation, and a deep understanding of the evolving landscape of marketing. What sets Mary Claire apart is not just her skill set and GenZ flair, but her genuine passion for what she does. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends, coupled with her creativity and strategic mindset, allows her to deliver results that extend beyond the ordinary.
