Rachael's career started as a mass market beauty buyer in the Health and Beauty and Cosmetics industries. Her passion for retail analysis and consumer behavior was the foundation that led to her success in growing retailer sales and profits of over a $1 billion product portfolio. After relocating back to her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, Rachael served as the Vice President of national sales, where she manipulated the brand's market position with product development and innovation to bring retailers a broader product offering. This strategy was an overwhelming success. She orchestrated a remarkable transformation in this role that saw the company's sales skyrocket. Rachael's enthusiasm, passion for retail, and "customer first" perspective has now led to the beginnings of success in her newest venture, Hi Peach Layne.
Sarah has been spotting trends and leading creative teams in the luxury and mass retail industry for over 15 years. As a co-founder of Frieda&Nellie, a NYC-based jewelry company, Sarah successfully expanded its reach to thousands of luxury retailers and boutiques worldwide. Following that entrepreneurial success, Sarah began a new venture, a design consulting firm for brands in mass market retail who needed help in white space identification, product development, design, and sales. During this phase, fate brought Sarah and Rachael together. Together, they propelled the growth of their previous company immensely through innovative designs and ingenious brand strategies. Sarah's vast industry experience encompasses a blend of brand creation, design, and sales. She has skillfully catered to prestigious retailers like Bergdorf Goodman and ShopBop, as well as mass market giants such as Target, Walgreens, TJ Maxx, 5Below, and Walmart—where her designs continue to make an impact in stores.
Michael has been working hard in the seasonal and craft space as VP of operations and finance, where he was able to manage over 30 US national retailers while streamlining supply chain operations and strategic business planning to ensure optimal financial health and growth for the business. With a 99% on-time shipping performance, product innovation, and great licensing partners, Nature’s Mark has experienced substantial growth, increasing its revenue from $50 million in 2018 to an impressive $100+ million in 2023. Even through COVID-19, Nature’s Mark has been able to demonstrate exceptional resilience and commitment. With all of Michael's experience and knowledge, he was a great addition to the team when he joined Rachael and Sarah in Hi Peach Layne.
