  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • To initiate a return from an item purchased directly through Hi Peach Layne, please contact our team at sales@hipeachlayne.com within 30 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. 
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

 

3. Shipping Your Return:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received successfully.

 

4. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment method.

 

5. Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
